I didn't get my password reset email!
When you request a password reset on your account with TBNS, we send you an email. Sometimes these emails get lost.
If your can't find your email
- Check your junk or spam folders. If you are using Gmail, check the Social or Promotions tabs
- Wait a few minutes. Sometimes there is queue in the mail server and it may take a little longer than usual.
- You can try resending the email again by making a new password reset request.
- If you still have no luck, email us with your details and we will try and track down the problem.
