I didn't get my confirmation email!
When you create an account with TBNS, we send you an email so that you can confirm the email address. Sometimes these emails get lost.
Can't find your email?
- Check your junk or spam folders. If you are using Gmail, check the Social or Promotions tabs
- Wait a few minutes. Sometimes there is queue in the mail server and it may take a little longer than usual.
- Did you enter the correct address? The email address will be shown for a short while on the confirmation page after you created your account. If you entered the wrong address, you will need to sign up again with the correct one.
- Try resending the email again from here. If you get an error that says the email is not recognized, then it is possible that the email was entered incorrectly when you joined.
- If you still have no luck, email us and we will try and track it.
